Is my Office Ready for a Hosted Phone System?
It is important to make sure that your underlying computer network running fine. We recommend to use proper business Switches and a Firewall Router that can provide bandwidth reservation for VoIP. Youtube, Torrent, Facebook are very bandwidth hungry sites so we recommend to have a Internet access regulation policy, as well to filter those service, especially if you dont have a dedicated internet line for voice.
How much bandwidth do i need?
Most broadbad internet speeds are fast enough to handle VoIP, we still recommend if possible to have a dedicated line for Telephony which can be used as backup line for data too or vice versa. Important are a good Firewall / Router that provids Voip proritization and protection, layer 2 switch and all in all a stable network implementation. Voip is only as good as your weakest device.
Can i keep my Phone Numbers?
Malaysia does not support Number porting thus numbers cannot be moved there are ways to retain, forward or even adding a toll free number . Please contact our team with your business requirement and we will aid you in finding a workable solution.
I have an existing Phone System, CAN I USE Astervox?
We have a variety of ways to integrate with existing phone systems beyond providing affordable call rates. Add on Capacity with a SIP trunk, High Availability, Remote Worker Integration, Emergency / DR Phone System, Internaitonal Phone numbers and more.
On Site Installation & on going Support?
After you signed up and you ordered phones from us then we will ship them pre configured to you, you only need to conect them to your network. We provide you with Free Installationm support via remote. If you want us to install the phones for you we can do so against a small Fee. Support can be reached during the normal operating hours via helpdesk ticket or email. If you need Enterprise class support we do provide a VIP support option. solution. HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
You can upgrade / add more users or feature at anytime, please contact us using the helpdesk tool or email to support.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will received the bill on the first or second business day of the new month.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

CAN I STILL RECEIVE CALLS WHEN MY PREPAID ACCOUNT IS Zero
Yes you will be still receiving calls untill the end of the term after that you need to add funds to beable to make or receive calls
